chaski453 ::: Favorites 2007-10-25 15:44:34 Isn't it called a SCAR-SD because it's developed for the SCAR, NOT because he's using a SCAR?... __________________________________________________

crustyflap122 ::: Favorites 2007-08-08 14:02:48 I stand corrected. It is called SCAR because that was what it was originally developed for. __________________________________________________
crustyflap122 ::: Favorites 2007-08-03 04:34:33 SCAR-SD=Super or subcompact Ar type weapon SD=silenced or suppressed __________________________________________________
markdl000 ::: Favorites 2007-07-30 01:29:43 it depends on which model of scar the scar-L or scar-H the H uses 7.62 L is 5.56. i agree though, that doesnt look like a scar, they could be ust testing the suppressor on a scar barrel in a AR weapon. no idea. __________________________________________________
Xaero518 ::: Favorites 2007-07-24 12:30:12 1.) thats not a SCAR, it looks like a M4 design 2.) there is no reason to have a drum clip with a silencer. a SCAR fires 7.62 NATO, so the recoil on that [if it was a SCAR] should of been more __________________________________________________
amishbill ::: Favorites 2007-07-11 01:15:31 When the powder burns and turns to high pressure gas, the initial pressure is quite high and the volume of the pressure vessel (from base of brass to base of bullet in barrel) is very small. As the bullet passes the first few inches of barrel, the volume does increase, but the pressure is still rising as the powder is still burning and turning into even more high pressure gas. (think 7 inch mark) The pressure is greatly reduced by the time a bullet travels 16 or 20 inches down the barrel. __________________________________________________ |
