It has come to my attention that the user "RabidApe" has been suspended on what appears to be a copyright violation on behalf of "Creation Science Evangelism". The irony here is that Creation Science Evangelism is clear that none of their work is copyrighted! They say this both in their speeches: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-gd33m6iSSw And on their website: http://www.creationscienceevangelism.com/articles.php?spec=68 The site claims: "None of the materials produced by Creation Science Evangelism are copyrighted, so feel free to copy those and distribute them freely." Even so, the site does have a copy right notice on it. At the very least this is confusing and misleading, and as a result RabidApe's ban is unjust! At best, he was using the material freely, as granted by CSE, and has made no copyright violation! Either way, RabidApe does NOT deserve to be suspended! Please re-instate his account as soon as possible!
