Description:
Spaceballs - State of the Art was one of the most memorable demo's to come from the Amiga Demo Scene, It was hard to believe a home computer from the early 90's could pump out something like this on 1 Floppy disc. |

cmangy ::: Favorites Haha, this is one of the best demos I've ever seen on any platform. Way cool 07-08-27 19:26:18 _____________________________________________________
mobiletone ::: Favorites feels old.. gawd the hours me and my friends would spend downloading these off bbs with our crappy dial-up modems and posting 'disc swop' adverts in the local newsagents window. happy days :) 07-08-27 07:06:53 _____________________________________________________
smytheuk ::: Favorites where can i get the soundtrack? 07-08-23 15:12:54 _____________________________________________________
ottobits ::: Favorites IMO is the best demo on Amiga scene. 07-08-15 20:31:56 _____________________________________________________
theultimatecomment ::: Favorites what always amazes me was how demos like this were so widely distributed long before the proliferation of the internet. much of it in floppies in the post, in people's bags... just imagine if aminet had been around 10 years before it was! 07-08-14 19:34:33 _____________________________________________________
gamorbab ::: Favorites Well, I think what was Amiga's heyday's is kind of a matter of personal experience. I had lots of fun with Amiga in the 80's, but also in the early and mid-90's too. Maybe there were many heydays? Then again if someone says Amiga is from the 90's, it doesn't really mean heydays, now does it? Amiga is from the 80's even if it's heydays were from the 90's. 07-08-13 11:52:45 _____________________________________________________
eidofoor ::: Favorites Not really limitations, it's like saying a hammer can get a nail into oakwood despite it's limitations. This is EXACTLY the stuff amiga's were made for! 07-08-12 18:13:31 _____________________________________________________
eidofoor ::: Favorites @gamorbab Technically you're right. Amiga was developed in the eighties, but had it's heydays in the early nineties. 07-08-12 18:10:31 _____________________________________________________
AnimeTrailers ::: Favorites Demo scene usually refers to a underground community which creates its own homebrew (user created) demos (or games / applications) showing off a device's capabilities. 07-08-12 16:37:22 _____________________________________________________ |
